Is recruits having their own recruiting websites common these days? I usually don't follow high school recruiting very closely.

Have we offered? If so I might have to go watch. Blue valley is a great school.

In the awards section he can't spell honorable. Its attempted twice and spelled differently each time, both wrong. Might want to clean that up if looking for a prestigious school. The fact he is tooting his own horn so much makes me think either no one is looking at him or he wants to go much higher than he's been recruited so far.

The point of these videos and sites is to get people to watch the video. My expectation is that it is probably more beneficial for people who are talented but unlikely to be seen due to circumstances such as where they live- or future stars trying to build their brand. But it's not like competent D1 coaches are going to get bamboozled by a website. They actually evaluate their recruits.

A 6-9/6-10 kid was there on Friday night with his parents, talking to Coach Peterson. Would love to have a few more big guys.
