When do they update weekly top 25 rankings in basketball?

I wouldn't expect us to go up in ranking. Two games won against opponents we should have beaten handily can't make a huge dent. Plus, the recognition that Queta isn't back yet certainly doesn't help our standing.

Baylor lost to Washington. I could see them drop a couple spots. Could also see Ohio State jump us(AP Poll) with their win over Cincinnati.

The Aggies stay at 17. See where we fit in everyone's ballots here:
https://collegepolltracker.com/basketba ... ate-aggies

We were voted as high as 11 by 1 voter and left off of 6 ballots.

It is crazy to think that we could be favored in every single game if we keep winning. At St Mary’s and Florida may be t he only games we aren’t favored, but if Florida drops another one or two and we keep winning, we may be favored too.

While St Mary's will be one of our most difficult games, I think we'll go into it favored. Looking at their schedule, they don't have many tough games that I can see, so let's just assume they win all of theirs. We have a couple of good games before them, and I have a positive outlook about how the season will be up to that point.

Favored or not, though, I don't see that changing the situation.

Just for fun the median is 17. The average of those having us ranked is 17.31. I'd like to assume everyone who doesn't have us ranked has us as next one out but I don't think that is the case so I'll assume the average is 2 out. In that case our average is 18.22. Taking 2 standard deviations to capture 95% of the true values our true ranking should be between 10.33 and 26.10 (I know this doesn't fit right because it isn't random samples, etc... etc... but I wanted to do it for fun).

Saint Mary's is going to be our toughest game BY FAR. I posted this a while back and people flamed me saying it would be Florida or LSU, but the schedule makes St. Mary's an absolute monster. Their game prior to ours on 11/29 is 11/23 at home, and they will not have been on the road before that since 11/20. Meanwhile, we will be coming off travel to Jamaica with games on 11/22 and 11/24, then whatever they do for Thanksgiving, then to Moraga for Saint Mary's.

Does anyone know if the team is chartering into Jamaica? If not, we are facing a minimum 7.5 hour flight journey back to Utah, likely on 11/25. I predict we are exhausted and sluggish against Saint Mary's.

Smith needs to show the last few minutes leading up to the jardine dunk. Not sure how far down we were but it looked like a loss.

We were down 9 at half time, then we ended up winning by 10. It was an excellent second half. I saved it to my laptop, and many times during our drought the following years, I would rewatch it to feel better about Aggie basketball.
