Seniors in the MWC (only the top 5 teams on the list)

Post by SLB » March 18th, 2019, 6:14 pm

Utah State (2): Q. Taylor and D. Brown- 1starter and 1 back-up
Fresno State (3):Huggins, D. Taylor, and Bittner - 3 starters
Nevada (8): Caroline, Martin twins, Porter, Drew (probably got a red shirt because of an injury), Thurman, and Henson- 5 starters and 2 back-ups and 1 probable redshirt
San Diego State (3): Hemsley, Watson, and Sohikish- 2 starters and 1 back-up
UNLV (3)- Clyburn, Robotham, and Juiston- 3 Starters (Juiston is a probable redshirt)
Other things to note:
UNLV is going to have a new coach which probably means some other players leaving.

Another notable senior is Justin James of Wyoming, their best player by far.
Mathis from New Mexico.

Just remember that anything can happen from year to year. Just look at us this year. Take nothing for granted.

I would expect Boise and New Mexico to be much improved next year.

New Mexico is the team that I see contending for the title with Utah State.

Yeah, it seemed to me like they finally found their identity towards the end of the season. That 40-minute full-court press is brutal. Plus, I'd say they've got a fanbase that deserves more success for the level of support they give.
