Re: USU in “Bracket of Death”
Fortunately, the only game I really care about surviving is Washington. I REALLY want to win that one though.
Everything else would be gravy.
Also, this:
“Unsung player: Sam Merrill, Utah State. The Mountain West Player of the Year is the best guard you don’t know about, a lights-out shooter, quality playmaker, able defender and high-caliber penetrator.”
Whoa, whoa, let’s keep things g-rated!

It's the bracket of death because of USU.

Classic Blunders:
1) Getting involved in a land war in Asia
2) Going in against a Sicilian when death is on the line

Re: USU in “Bracket of Death”
Glad to hear we are considered so highly. I also like hearing about Sam Merrill. He deserves the praise. He is a fantastic human being and a great basketball player. It is awesome that he finally had the opportunity to come out of the shadows of Koby.

Jerk. You had to go and destroy our euphoria dreaming of beating UNC, didn't you?
Though, this is numerical proof that the 8/9 seeds suck.

The opportunity to play UNC would be amazing. I can't imagine how excited the players would be to play this storied program. Such a great time to be an Aggie. Go Aggies!!!!

I don't care about our chances at a sweet sixteen just yet. Gotta win the first one.

Re: USU in “Bracket of Death”
Interestingly enough, according to this site http://mcubed.net/ncaab/seeds.shtml, 8 seeds actually have a winning record against 4 and 5 seeds if they can get past the #1, which happens about 20% of the time.
