Mountain West TV streaming

Post by Ginger-Aggie » November 14th, 2016, 5:05 pm

So I've never used the streaming service that the Mountain West Conference has. Do I have to by a livestream.com account to watch tonight's game or is it free and whats the link to the stream.

I think you can just go to mw.net and follow the links to the game. I could be wrong though.

Yes, I was able to stream the game (delayed) on the MWC site. They were kind enough to provide comments immediately below the streaming window so that I could find out who won the game before I watched it. It saved me a couple of hours of suspense.

Now that's the kind of service you just don't see much of this day and age.

Comcast decided to perform maintenance on a main line that took down internet and TV for a lot of people in North Salt Lake and Bountiful (me). So no, I wasn't able to stream. #ThanksMattWells

I watched it through the LiveStream app on the Roku. Thought it was a great feed. One of the first times I've watched a game and had to listen to AL's call. Made me realize how much you'd miss or get wrong if you only listened to a game on the radio

My computer needs a doctor. I'll have to look for some third-grader walking by the house today.

Ah, I didn't realize the Internet Explorer is no longer supported. Switched to Chrome and all is well on the Palouse.

The Irvine game (BW Network) worked much better for me than NJIT (MW network). Pretty crappy picture last night most of the game.

They both worked well for me and I was streaming on a five year old iPad with 3g. Old reliable.

Put me in the bucket of great stream with no hitches using the Livestream app on a Roku. Aside from the subpar search feature it's one of may favorite ways to stream. I'll be excited to have more opportunities to Livestream Aggie afternoon football games now. #thankyouWells

it worked great for me, but I was 30 seconds or so behind other people streaming. MJA was kind enough to spoil nearly every basket for me.

Same. Another reason the Roku is my favorite streaming device. When I streamed the second half on Chromecast the stream dropped a half dozen times and I had to restart it. Zero issues on Roku. Thinking about getting Roku sticks for my other 2 tvs.

Works well on Apple TV too. The search is awful on the app though.
