Utah Ute Brekkott Chapman possible transfer?

Well hopefully he will contact the admissions office and see what scholarships and grants are available. The coaches can't talk to him but I'm sure he can talk to our admissions office on his own.

This is something I'm not clear on. When Collette transferred I made the comment that they would find some donor and get him a non athletic scholarship. Someone made the comment that it's not possible to do that? I guess even the year ou sit out after transferring, you're still part of the team and can't be o any scholarship of any kind?

I guess it makes some sense, otherwise every school could work around scholarship limits.

There is a difference between Collette applying for an academic scholarship and receiving it without having been given preference due to his status as an athlete (permitted) versus Utah finding a donor specifically to pay for a scholarship for him (not permitted).
