Season Ticket Renewal
Who's the guy/gal to call if USU's website (still) shows that I don't have any tickets to renew(I've had them for the last 14 years). I'd rather not talk to a student at the ticket office number. I have this issue every year, and it seems like more times than not it's a new person in charge of my account. TIA

Re: Season Ticket Renewal
Yesterday was the first day you could renew. Deadline is March 31. Looks like tickets went up a little. $144 a seat for the poverty section.

Re: Season Ticket Renewal
This right here. The online system was trying to charge me the full amount even though I had already put down a $200 deposit for my four seats. Messaged Ryan last night on Twitter and he took care of it first thing this morning.aggies22 wrote: ↑January 14th, 2025, 9:19 amRyan Benson. 435-797-0304.aceofspadeskb wrote: ↑January 14th, 2025, 7:30 amWho's the guy/gal to call if USU's website (still) shows that I don't have any tickets to renew(I've had them for the last 14 years). Re: Season Ticket Renewal
I think the issues are the automated system and the ticketing website. I'm not sure who's responsible for that. When you can talk with a living, breathing, human being, they do a fantastic job.ConnectedAggie wrote: ↑January 14th, 2025, 10:55 amIt seems like our ticket office has always been ran poorly.

Re: Season Ticket Renewal
Interestingly it was Ryan who dumped a pot of coffee into the servers that run the online ticket office. Just a little job security. Genius really.
Re: Season Ticket Renewal
My account is showing the poverty section is only $115. I don't want to call Ryan because that's a good deal! hahahah

Re: Season Ticket Renewal
I always just use the on-line site as a reference and then make all the payments, etc. via Ryan (email or phone.) I know I can trust Ryan. The site, not so much!aggies22 wrote: ↑January 14th, 2025, 10:58 amI think the issues are the automated system and the ticketing website. I'm not sure who's responsible for that. Re: Season Ticket Renewal
I just renewed mine online, and there were no issues. I'm hoping that I will be able to attend most, if not all of our home games this year since I will be in Utah every weekend all season long.

Re: Season Ticket Renewal
We have a terrible and inconsistent website for all of this. It currently tells me I have no application to renew season tickets. Ryan Benson is great. The issue I have is that people have to know the right person to contact to get anything done properly. Someone said if you can get a human it's good, but I know from experience that this is not universally true. It's got to be the right human. I really hope that overhauling this clown show is a priority for the department. We absolutely must have a useable online interface that just works. And we need more Ryans in the office so we don't all have to know Ryan.

Re: Season Ticket Renewal
Same for me, "No Applications Available Online." I need to change mine anyway since one of my usual tickets will now be in The HURD next year (proud Dad moment), but the issues and inconsistencies are annoying.BigBlueDart wrote: ↑January 16th, 2025, 10:44 amWe have a terrible and inconsistent website for all of this.
