Hopefully he can average more than 0.77 yards per game for us.

Hear me out here but we do have a history of a random white receiver doing well every few years. Is Hestera still around or did he leave?

I am encouraged that he had a lot of offers previously. Seems like there are always guys that did pretty well, had potential and people thought they would contribute in the future, but they enter the portal and can't find a spot, despite being pretty good. How many guys that enter the portal never find a spot? Seems like there may be a lot of good players in the portal that don't have offers.

Roughly 55 to 60% of dudes that enter the portal never find a spot. The number of Aggies that have left the last three years and found a spot seems to be the exception to the rule.

That is good news. Jack is a very good receiver. Welcome aboard Brady I hope you have a lot of success this year.

Right, your not convincing me that all those guys are bad at football. Would it be awesome to get some guys that had more offers. Yeah. But the portal process is SO messy you have more than 2000 guys all enter the portal within a matter of weeks, and most of the offers come without the players and coaches meeting each other. Seems like offers are made on very little information with so many moving pieces in such a short time window. There will be plenty of guys they slip through the cracks. Let's just hope that Bronco and Company are good at evaluating that tallent.

He’s still here and working out with the team. Strangey enough, so is Robert Freeman.

This guy was pretty highly rated out of high school, it seems. Hopefully he puts in the work, the potential is probably there.

Surprised that Jack or Freeman was staying and any insights why?

I think Jack is in line to be the starter with Kyrese White graduating. Freeman, must have had a change of heart.

I think Jack will be really good for us. He didn't have Kyrese's speed but he made some great catches.

Hestera has phenomenal hands. If you put the ball within his catch radius, he will pull it in. Most of our other wr’s had the dropsies from time to time. I was surprised we didn’t utilize Jack more last year.

I know the Boyd family, I do believe if he is given a chance, he can contribute to the team.
It's several months away but I am excited for the upcoming 2025 football season. Good Luck.
I consider this a privilege to be able to post on this sight.
