I heard Tunka Tolleson was one of the names. For him it was an investment because USU in the PAC will be able to pay him more when he is named the next men's basketball coach after Calhoun wins a national championship and is led away.

To my understanding, the "Donors" that are footing the exit fee bill for USU to go to the PAC include Ryan Smith and others from the "tech millionaire" crowd in Utah County. If what I'm hearing is true, massive props to Sabau in the pitch that was made to this crowd on the overall benefit to the state of having USU in the PAC.
I heard somewhere that Governer Cox may have been involved in USU going to the PAC. I wonder if this is where Cox was involved. Smith needed Cox's backing for his masterplan in SLC. this is just speculation, but it would make sense.
