They sent out an email to season ticket holders allowing them to buy single game tickets first before they are released to the general public.

They decided to have the Utah game be $75 while having $150 as the season ticket price, probably making it more economical to just get season tickets and sell the other five games if for some reason, the only game you want to go to is the Utah game.
At least we aren't tacky enough to have ticket windows for U of U fans and windows for USU fans, and then make Utah fans pay more than our fans, the tacky practice that UVU basketball did to us, and we instead make our "fans"(that want to go only the Utah game) pay the same price the Utah fans do. Even UVU however only did that tacky practice once.

Season tickets cost almost the same as last year. I think higher prices for the most sought after ticket is just a good way to bring in revenue.

If there are a lot of people with that same approach, you will have a hard time selling off the other five games.
