Who does he look like?

Okay, ever since watching Coach Dreiling's interview it's been bugging me. The dude looks a lot like (and sounds a lot like) an actor, but I can't put my finger on what show or movie I've seen him in (the actor, not the coach

). I'm remembering either a police/detective show or movie, or possibly military, but I haven't been able to figure it out. Is anyone else seeing what I'm seeing.

I recognize that it's entirely possible I'm alone in this. I frequently am when I think someone looks like someone else.

That picture kind of reminds me of Sean Spencer from psych but with a buzz cut. I haven’t heard any interviews with him yet.

He looks like an older version of this guy

I'm having a hard time thinking of a celebrity look-a-like. Maybe a little bit like a young Sam Worthington (like shaved head Avatar days?) but there are still too many features that don't match up.
