Really unbelievable what this man has been through in the last 10 years. Crushing amount of pain and loss. Really respect and admire how he has dealt with it all.

Pretty remarkable that he still has the drive and a fire in his belly to get up and face the challenges of being a head coach at an FBS school.
For that alone, BA is a pretty remarkable human being.
I would argue that this gig at a G5 school is probably more intense than at most P4 programs.
