Are we going after any Colorado players forced into the transfer portal
It seems like there might be some good players there who are fleeing the regime change.

Currently no. But things can change.

Nope god is. God told him that is where he needed to be. The HBCUs, god decided could take the back seat.

I'm not convinced all the razzle dazzle is going to work at the P5 level. It's one thing when you can pull in a 5* player and run him against FCS players, but it's another to run a 5* player against a bunch of 5* players.

I was not super impressed by the QB, his son, that is coming with him. We shall see, but Colorado really has nothing to lose in any of this.3rdGenAggie wrote: ↑December 19th, 2022, 12:24 pmI'm not convinced all the razzle dazzle is going to work at the P5 level. 100% agree. I’d probably have walked out but made sure to comment that he is an arrogant idiot on my way out the doorineptimusprime wrote:His intro presser was so painfully awkward…. Lol.

Maybe, but he has a 23-6 record over 2 years that has gone 21-40 the prior 6 before that.
He may work out, who knows.

Fine arrogant Douche Bag. Maybe he is a good coach but I personally wouldn’t want to play for him. His self image and success is way more important than any player he’ll ever coach, including his own son.NowhereLandAggie wrote:

Re: Are we going after any Colorado players forced into the transfer portal
I watched the Jacksonville - NC Central game Saturday, it was arguably just as exciting as watching two good FBS teams going at it. Neon's boy is pretty good, damn accurate. They should have won with that laser pass he through to his, I think TE in the the EZ, but the dude couldn't hang onto it and ended up batting it down, allowing NC Central to eek out the win. It was def. more exciting than the Fresno Wazzu game.
Just another day in the (Aggie) Brotherhood

Re: Are we going after any Colorado players forced into the transfer portal
Like it or not, this could be the very reason he can be successful with the Buffs. He’s so concerned about his own image he will do anything it takes to have a winning team. Hopefully he has integrity so the “anything” he is willing to do remains moral and ethical. I would be lying if I said I’m not fascinated at how this could play out with Colorado.Usu0505 wrote: ↑December 19th, 2022, 5:40 pmFine arrogant Douche Bag. It could be a Reggie Theus type of run. The antics worked at a lower level, but then fizzled out as he went upward.
