We need some help up front.

I wanted us to go for Andrew Boselli after the 2020 season. I’ve never seen him play and have no idea if he’s any good but he’s Tony Boselli’s son and as a Jags fan, that’s good enough for me.

We have Pule Alo and Teague Anderson for next season. If you can land a sure-fire starter, you take him. Teague can wait a year and Pule can play guard.

This kid can play the bagpipes! Sign him! We should be able to incorporate that skill somehow to go along with a fire knife champ.

Speaking of bagpipes- can we get these guys to Logan for a halftime show?

As a former side drummer in pipe bands for 30 years I'd be happy to be flown to Logan to lend a hand! Senior's night would be a bonus.

G'day BLM,

No, I didn't play with Bon and crew. Some of my mates in another pipe band did and they loved the experience.

Silly side story: In 1994 I left Oz to go to Hong Kong to live and work. I remember thinking that changing countries was the only way I could leave the pipe band (at 30 years it was my longest relationship with anything & probably still is).

On my fourth day in HK I received a call from the Pipe Major of the Hong Kong Pipe Band saying "we heard you were in town and we'd like you to join". I did - but only as a drinking member!
