I don't live in Cache Valley (or even in Utah), so I'm not able to get too as many as I'd like. I will for sure be at the Alabama game. I will make one game in Utah (either in Logan or BYU game), and will go to MWC Champ game if we qualify. Bowl game will depend on date/location.

Alabama is a little tough for us. We have little kids that would have to fly. We'll be going to byu, Wyoming, Colorado State, Boise State and beyond.

Re: Which games will you be attending in person this season?
All home games for me. Right now thinking the Wyoming game. Might be the CSU game instead. Slight chance I'll make Boise St work, but that is a tough one. I'd like to make it to even an away MWCG this year if we make it. I would really like to make a bowl game, too. Both of those last two are likely to be decisions made later, depending on how much money is in our budget at the time, and how much leave I'm able to accumulate at work.

Zero in 2022 for me; living out of state, starting a new business, and having a third kid in October sure does seem to make live attendance tough.
First time since 2017 (when kid #1 was born) that I won’t make it to a single game.
Hoping to do 5-6 games in 2023 though.

Alabama and BYU for road games. I'll be at some of the home games as well but nothing set.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

All home games, but also a bowl game unless it's on Dec 24-25. Bowl games are a blast, is easier to get away from work that time of year.

I'm impressed with those of you who can do a game in Utah County. I can't behave well around some of those fans. I don't think I could do a game there and maintain integrity. The last two times I was there were close but no cigar. The last two in Logan led me to have to make some uncomfortable explanations to my kids.

Re: Which games will you be attending in person this season?
If they hadn’t canceled the rest of our future scheduled games, I probably wouldn’t make the trip. However, I am a little more optimistic than most on this board in thinking we have a chance to win, so it is worth the gamble to attend (in my opinion).cdaAg wrote: ↑August 15th, 2022, 11:09 pmI'm impressed with those of you who can do a game in Utah County. Re: Which games will you be attending in person this season?
You and I are in the same boat. Baby in September. But the business is just a side business and hopefully won't derail our lives. If by some miracle the Ags are in the LA bowl, a few of us will probably make it to that one. Otherwise, we'll be viewing via stream.YoungBloodAggie wrote: ↑August 15th, 2022, 5:12 pmZero in 2022 for me; living out of state, starting a new business, and having a third kid in October sure does seem to make live attendance tough.

Since kid 1, we normally only make it to the California games.

Re: Which games will you be attending in person this season?
Making the trip to Bama but that may be the only game I make it to despite living in the valley. Its the first season I am not a student, able to mooch of my parents tickets, or working the games to get in free. So the options were go to a couple home games or go to Alabama, couldnt pass up that opportunity.

My dad and I are going to the UCONN game this year. Hoping for a blowout win! Next year when my son is no longer a newborn we’re hoping to get season pass tickets.

Same. My buddy out here proposed that we go on a road trip to Provo for the USU game, and I flat out told him that I don't think that I can.cdaAg wrote: ↑August 15th, 2022, 11:09 pmI'm impressed with those of you who can do a game in Utah County. I've never been to LES, I never plan to go to LES, and if I go, I'm worried that I'll act like a total a** (and I will).
I know myself well enough to know that I can't do LES... EVER. Too much hate in my heart.

Re: Which games will you be attending in person this season?
I'd posted over on "Stew's Spectrum" forum my intention of going to the MTE. My hope is that Hawai'i is not bowl eligible, that maybe USU gets the bowl invite as MWC representative in the Hawaii Bowl, and we get that bowl game on the Dec. 24th off day, while the hoopsters at the Diamond Head Classic are already there. Win-Win!trevordude wrote: ↑August 15th, 2022, 7:17 pmAll home games, but also a bowl game unless it's on Dec 24-25. Bowl games are a blast, is easier to get away from work that time of year.

I wish I could amend my vote and add in the bowl game. That's not an absolute, but I think I'll try to make it a priority this year.

Always appreciate when parents of players participate in the forum - and we welcome all converts to Aggie life. Especially those that used to wander around in outer darkness (Provo) before seeing the light like your GF, lol.Fan4AggieballAZ wrote: ↑August 16th, 2022, 11:57 amHeaded to ‘Bama game (hope to tail gate with Aggies) I’m not a true Aggie like so many of you awesome fans but my son plays for y’all and my gf is an alumnus ...She ditched BYU for a year and became an Aggie moons ago lol

Re: Which games will you be attending in person this season?
Being on the other side of the country, it is hard to get to any games. Hoping to convince my wife to go to the UConn game after we dump our oldest off to start his freshman year at USU. I purposefully scheduled our return flight to make going to the game a possibility.
It is a little scary to be taking our oldest out since he will be living in the same dorm building that I did my freshman year and listens to the same music I was back then (and I still do). I'm not sure yet whether I can convince her since we just spent way too much money on a graduation trip to Alaska, but it was kind of fun when we dropped off the rental car that the car ahead of us were Aggies as well that live in Laketown.
