This is really good news actually for Hawaii. Guy stunk, they hated him, all the players have entered the portal, and now they don’t have to buy out this moron.

Hawaii may have a vax mandate like WSU did.

It's always a bad sign when the kid of the Head Coach hits the portal weeks before Coach resigns.

Re: Hawaii coach resigns
Good news considering the trainwreck his tenure has been, but he had potential there if he could have acted like a decent human. Todd Graham proved he was a good coach at Tulsa and ASU with explosive offenses similar to the June Jones Hawaii teams. His resume was one of the more impressive of any hires Hawaii has ever had. Too bad he turned out to be a scumbag.

Re: Hawaii coach resigns
We should know more than anyone else that you can rebuild a program extremely fast in the transfer portal era.
Hawaii has some other challenges like not having a stadium and travel issues but there's no reason why they couldn't hit the portal hard and filled a competitive team.
There are still a ton of very good players in the transfer portal. Offensive and defensive lines seem to be a little thin. As well as D b's. But the other position seemed to be very well stocked with a plethora of talented players.
If they make the right hire they will be fine.

Re: Hawaii coach resigns
If Hawaii wants a coach that the players will get along with, they wont be hiring MW. Don't get me wrong, MW is a good coach, but he's not a "players coach" guy like BA.
