DT announced he is entering the draft during his postgame interview with Scotty.

He's always been good but this season he became "Telling my grandkids I got to see him play" good. Can't wait to see him on Sundays!

Good decision by him. To top what he did this year would be almost impossible to do. Go and get a chance at the NFL and live your dream. Happy to see him play.

I love DT, and I'm happy to see him go to the NFL. Truthfully, it's a miracle that he came back after last year.

I don't see any reason under the sun that he would not play in the bowl game

Seriously? Lots of guys do it to avoid potential injury if they know they’re leaving for the NFL.

Thompkins is a legit 3rd rounder. Absolutely no need to hang around another year.

Congrats to DT, exactly what I thought he would/should do. As for the bowl game it doesn’t seem on his nature to sit a game but we’ll see.

On Bowling's second TD catch - did you notice Thompkins signal touchdown as soon as the back was thrown? Bowling and Thompkins were both lined up on the left side. Thompkins turned in on a short route and Bowling ran the corner route. As soon as Bonner let the back go and Thompkins knew it wasn't coming to him, he stood his route and threw his arms up. That is the confidence he had in his QB and Bowling and his understanding of the coverage.

I believe this is the same play that Thompkins, during the post game interview, said that he told the DB he was about to get scored on.
