The CSU Rams are better than Notre Dame

as they beat Toledo at Toledo by 16, while Notre Dame only beat Toledo at home by 3. And then you can tack on Vanderbilt and South Dakota State beating CSU to be better than Notre Dame, and the East Tennessee State Buccaneers by beating Vanderbilt being better than Notre Dame.

It doesn't really work that way, but it is sure fun to think it does!
