Not to take anything away from him but most people, knew Frank wasn’t really a viable candidate, no matter how nice of a guy he is.

Was Frank Maile every seriously considered? Love Hartwell, but any idiot on the street knew Maile shouldn't of been our next coach. Hartwell hires good coaches, but I wouldn't give him a ton of credit for passing on a guy who would have been an obvious disaster.

Go back and read the posts after beating the mighty powerhouse New Mexico Lobos. He had the job wrapped up by the message board AD’s.

That was exactly my point. No D1 AD would hire Maile to be their HC.

Oh I remember and it was scary, but emotional fans on a message board don't hire coaches. I am confident there was never a time Hartwell was ever going to hire Maile.

Not true. If he chooses not to make an announcement that is his decision to make. He is expected to report the first week of June.

Not me. As someone who hires people, it is hard to know how hires will turn out. But who you don't hire makes a great difference.

Exciting to see so many players coming in. With the new enthusiasm that Anderson should bring in, I think the turnaround will be quicker than National people are expecting.

The juice moved from -113 yesterday to -125 today. If you like it, get it now before the juice increases more of the line flips to 3.5. I just got in.
