Good for him, I can't say I wish him success as I loathe Boise. I hope Boise falls flat on their face.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Good for Frank. Best of luck to him. His poly ties will prove to be beneficial for Boise. Boise may be able to get the 4 star Maile out of Bingham to them. Maybe not. But Boise has some solid pull in recruiting plus the connection.

Good for Frank. I hope he does so well he doesn't last there for more than a year and quickly moves elsewhere.

Re: Maile to Boise St!!
I'm very surprised, I can *almost* say "good luck to him" - except I hope Boise is not able to capitalize on his connections to harm our recruiting. I hoping Boise flames out with their new coaching staff and we replace them at the top of the MWC. (But if wishes were fishes . . . )
I thought (obviously incorrectly) that after his statement no HR department would touch him with a ten foot pole.
As 3rdGenAggie said I hope he does well and moves on elsewhere within a year (preferable out-of-state and out-of-conference, if he has to be in-state preferable at the U of U).

Re: Maile to Boise St!!
Good for him. If he does well there, he'll get a HC opportunity. I'm glad he wasn't chosen to be our HC, but wish him the best.
Interesting that Duryea and Maile both ended up there after it didn't work out for them as our HC.

Re: Maile to Boise St!!
Or is able to beat our P5 schools and BYU for the kid they go after that would choose one of them over us anyways, as opposed to losing those battles and having to get kids who are only wanted by us, Boise and other G5 schools.

Re: Maile to Boise St!!
I was glad we didn't choose him this last time, but I have a hard time believing that if he was just given the job after Wells in December of 18, it would have turned out as bad as it did. If NOTHING else, he would have at least used Tipa last year in a way that made him productive, and not brought in Shelley so we then keep Colombi and build around him.Aggie formerly in Hawaii wrote: ↑January 13th, 2021, 5:13 pmGood for him. Re: Maile to Boise St!!
I do wonder if this will affect his nephews decisions; Kina to return to USU and Tupou to still sign in February. I know Bo reconfirmed his intent to still come to Logan but that was before this happening with Frank.

Yeah, but there were better options than Maile or GA in 2018.GameFAQSAggie wrote: ↑January 13th, 2021, 5:20 pmI was glad we didn't choose him this last time, but I have a hard time believing that if he was just given the job after Wells in December of 18, it would have turned out as bad as it did.
