Re: Interview with new commit Kyle Mayberry
Thanks for putting these together, 22. Interesting stuff.
I particularly was interested in this response:
KM: Playing at a power 5 and playing against group of 5 schools showed me it’s not much different besides the money behind them. There are some group of 5 programs like Coastal Carolina that are looked now like a power 5 after last season. I can see that same thing happening to Utah State next season. I’ve been talking with some other big time transfers and I can see some other power 5 players committing to the program soon. Watching Utah State play, there are a lot of good players already on the team and we aren’t that far away. If we add a couple key pieces we will be good in the near future!
That is intriguing.

Re: Interview with new commit Kyle Mayberry
Thank you 22. Another nice and well done interview from you. Appears we had some heavy lifting to get this young man all the way to Logan. I had no idea we recruited him out of high school, another interesting gem you turned up in a very professional interview.
I would recommend everyone on this board read this interview and absorb the interesting bits and facts you uncovered. Shows very good research on your part.

Re: Interview with new commit Kyle Mayberry
Thanks 22! I like hearing about his speed and his lock-down cover capability. It seems like too many times we run into a team like Nevada this year who has one receiver like Romeo Doubs that just takes us to town and we can't cover. Having a CB that can help negate that star receiver would be huge. I also like that he anticipates some other impressive transfers joining the Aggies this off-season. Would be great if we could get them prior to spring ball.

Re: Interview with new commit Kyle Mayberry
I liked Mayberry a lot right up to the point where he mentioned...
... now I love 'em.KM: For spring ball, I just want to get acclimated with my new teammates and just be a sponge to information and game from my coaches. Although I am a grad transfer, I have work to do and want to better my game to be the best I can be. I’m coming in extremely coachable and ready to learn and pick my coaches brain. I want to add to my game. For the season my biggest aspiration is just WIN and it’s that simple. I want to win games, especially the BYU one.

If I could sync my respect or thanks or whatever it is called when you like a post to this and 22’s post I would use that button. Love the work and the appreciation for the work and giving mad props for that appreciation. Good vibes. Good vibes.NavyBlueAggie wrote: ↑January 6th, 2021, 1:50 pmThank you 22. I just mean it was well said navyblue. And 22 is a baller. I should have just lead with ditto and left it at that.
