Re: New Commit!
I love it! He started a lot of games at Kansas.
Also, I do love the commit but I must be honest haha, if I ranked the positions of need for transfer impact on defense I’d probably put CB at the very bottom.

Re: New Commit!
Maybe Coach Anderson thought it would be too hard to re-train our cornerbacks to not give 40 yards of cushion. It is just easier to start over from scratch.Roy McAvoy wrote: ↑January 2nd, 2021, 4:44 pmI love it! He started a lot of games at Kansas.

You're always upset. Take a deep breath, this is a good thing even though you're mad about it.Roy McAvoy wrote: ↑January 2nd, 2021, 4:44 pmI love it! He started a lot of games at Kansas.

Re: New Commit!
I thought we just signed a QB. Of course we could always use another one I suppose.Yossarian wrote:Still need O line, TE, WR, and LB help. Oh - and a QB
Also, do we know if Terrell is coming back or not. If so I think we are pretty set there with Terrell, Lane, Mortensen, and Sterzer. We do need another body to replace Manu I suppose.
WR and LB I definitely agree. We have a few good players in those positions but need a few more studs.
I agree with OL as well. We have some nice players but do need to replace the handful that left and build the depth back up.
I think we need a couple transfer safeties as bad as anything and some Dline help. We have a few nice RM’s that returned and signed People’s but I’d love to get a couple difference makers at DE.

Re: New Commit!
I've heard Carson Terrell is coming back. I do agree that glaring needs are WR and LB. I'd like to add help at safety, DL and OL. We also need at least one more scholarship RB.AGGIEinIOWA wrote: ↑January 2nd, 2021, 7:29 pmI thought we just signed a QB. Re: New Commit!
Until we're 3 deep with starting level players at all CB and DL positions (which will never happen), I'll never question a transfer at either position. CB is probably the most difficult position to play and DL is probably the most difficult position to recruit. Let's get as many good players at those positions as we can.

Re: New Commit!
We could use help at CB as well. We were still giving up alot more through the air than we would like. Second, you want to be as loaded as possible at CB against Washington State!
