Hire Rocky Long as the D Coordinator! He looked disengaged last week and would be a great pickup!!!

Make sure to tell Hartwell that we want a coach who is disengaged with his current job. I know that is a top quality that I look for when I am doing interviews.

Go for it more often on 4th and short on the opponents side of the 50. I feel like we get burned by other teams doing that all the time, but don't do it ourselves very often...this observation is more than just this year.

(This observation could definitely just be my bias as a fan.)

How many 4th and more than 3 have we given up this year?! But we don't go for it on 4th and inches...also the mark on that 3rd down if I recall was absolute garbage...

Solid foundation. Good facilities, lots of opportunity to build something special. It has been done before, great opportunity to do it again.
