I am amazed gary thought bringing shelley here was a good thing.

Most pathetic qb ive ever witnessed in an aggie uniform.

But he played for Utah, a PAC 12 team. He must be good, right?!? Shouldn't we bow down to every Utah player that wants to play at Utah State because they are sooo much better?

What’s worse is the player we lost because of it. He is far from a starting D1 QB.

He threw it as hard as he could and it went 45 yards.

He averages 3.3 yards per attempt. No other starting QB is under 4.6. That's right, the second worst qb in the country is still averaging 40% more yards per throw.

If he doubled it, he'd still be in the bottom 20%.

I don’t think I can watch another game with Shelley at QB. I would rather watch Calvin or Legas throw 6 interceptions.

The fact that Shelley is still in tells me everything I need to know about Frank. I am out on Frank getting a serious look at HC.

Yep. What does Frank have to lose? Why not try something different? We know Shelley sucks by this point.

My second son who graduated from the EWE told me that with Shelley we will never get more than 17 or 18 points a game from him. Man what a dud!

Not a shelley fan, but we have more problems than the QB. This board is all in on Shelley being the problem. He is one of many problems. One of which got removed from the program last Saturday.

His personality is horrible.

His sideline demeanor is awful- we are within 2 scores right now with PLENTY of time and he wont even put on the headset. When he got a first down run, there was no effort from the team to congratulate his run. I've never seen a starting QB with so little engagement.

How about R.B. fumble that changed the momentum ?The O is really bad on every level Receivers rarely open, they can drop balls for certain. O line is average at best.

The new coach really has his work cut out with such a lack of talent on that side of the ball. New Q.B. is a must, and Hartwell needs to get the new guy in place asap. We need a new Q.B, receivers and R.B. that do not fumble at key times.

We were down by 13 for nearly the entirety of the 2nd half and Shelly quit in the 2nd QTR. Cut Shelley.

I agree, you are spot on.

We for sure need a new QB. The receivers have to play better, but the Shelley is not the answer.

Shelley needs to go. The play along with sideline antics are pitiful and not up to Aggie standards. I'll give a Maile a pass today because I believe he was going with Peasley until he couldn't go today.

Time to let Calvin or Legas sling it. I don't care if they throw pick after pick. They are both young and actually chose to be Aggies and not cast-offs. Couldn't be worse.

Seeing him at the end of the game on the sideline was pretty embarrassing. He does not seem to be a leader that you need in a QB. I certainly hope him the best, but he is not the answer to run the Aggie offense.
