Will Utah ever play a game?

Post by AggiePT » November 13th, 2020, 3:26 pm

The Utah Football program has so many players/staff with covid that they were not able compile a complete team to play this weekend. They have yet to play their season opener. At this rate it doesn't seem like it will be anytime soon.

it might be hard to watch our aggies get rolled this year, but at least the team gets to play. Could be worse. :noidea:

So does BYU keep getting away with playing because they have no conference standards? Utah County has been worse at times then Salt Lake.

Here is one of the Utah players. Some of it may have to do with the local jurisdiction that they are playing in.

With that said I’m honesty surprised any football is ok in California right now. I’m not advocating one way or the other (so please don’t call me names) but with the current restrictions in California I’m surprised again that football can be played at any level.

Don’t temp fate taking shots at a team that can’t play because of the Coronavirus. I hope they get to have a season.

YBU essentially joined the Skunk Pelt this year, they are having fun beating up on University of Texas Pan Handle State Arlington though. Good for them.

You mean throttling Boise State and taking down Houston? I'd take those results. As much as I dislike YBU, they are an impressive team this year.

Considering Boise made us look like an incompetent high school team and BYU dropped 51 on them I’d probably restrain from clowning them this year.

My point had nothing to do with their schedule or skill.
