Nevada
I mean, I know we're bad this year, but how good is Nevada?
I just found a site where USU is 15.5 point underdogs to Nevada. Seems big, regardless of how terrible USU has been.

Re: Nevada
Nevada is a good team. They have a really good young QB that is tearing it up. Hopefully the aggies can improve this week, but Nevada will be a very strong test.
Re: Nevada
Tough to see how USU could change much from what we've seen so far. They've probably had two practices since Saturday's game considering Tuesday was off and today is travel?
Only hope is we're better than we've looked due to playing the best teams in the league first....but I'm not holding my breath.
Line up to 16.5, btw

Re: Nevada
Being a 15 pt dog to Nevada is an indictment on the current state of our program. Nevada may be pretty good, but there is no way that any conference mate should be 15 point favorites.

Re: Nevada
They returned practically everyone on offense and they’ve taken the next step.
I do think our defense matches up better against them than we did against SDSU

Re: Nevada
I agree. We should match up with Nevada’s spread much better than we did playing smash mouth football with SDSU. That Dunkle dude totally road graded our Dline allowing any back they threw out there to get to the second level before being touched, especially in the second half after wearing us out. I actually feel we cover the spread.AggieUprising50 wrote:They returned practically everyone on offense and they’ve taken the next step.

I’m old enough to remember when dunkle was committed to the good guys.AGGIEinIOWA wrote: ↑November 4th, 2020, 3:18 pmI agree. Re: Nevada
Yep. If I remember correctly we landed verbal commitments from Billy Dunkle, Andy Koch and Hale Motu'a'puaka over the same weekend. Dunkle went home to San Diego, where the coaching staff at San Diego State heard that he had committed to USU. They offered him that week and by the weekend he was an Aztec.slcagg wrote: ↑November 4th, 2020, 3:22 pmI’m old enough to remember when dunkle was committed to the good guys.AGGIEinIOWA wrote: ↑November 4th, 2020, 3:18 pmI agree.
