CJ Pollard no longer on the roster

Pollard no longer on the roster, maybe that's why Lefeged was moved back to Safety. Who is the other starting OLB gonna be on the opposite side of Heninger? Magalei? Shelton? Hola? Why not move Gilliam back to the outside?

There is the reason for the move. Hopefully we have a olb step up. My guess is Shelton or magalei. Maybe Simon Thompson as well.

So with Adams transferring, this makes two Power Five transfers leaving USU. Is there something behind all this?

I'm not sure why they would transfer any other transfer that is coming in is guaranteed a starting position so I'm not certain why they would see the need to transfer again.

I figured something was up with Pollard the instant Lefeged was announced as moving back to safety. There's no way that wasn't the case when Pollard was touted as the biggest off-season get.

I didn't realize Terin Adams was also gone. We suddenly became much thinner at DB.

Well Logan is certainly not LA which for me is a good thing.

I hear ya, but can’t it be both disappointing but altogether unsurprising? Even if they both got beat out and are weenies, it still stinks to lose depth when you can’t really fill the scholarship with someone of equal talent at this stage.

Sure, I can respect that. The transfer portal is such a crap shoot. You either get a kid that has talent but won’t buy in, or one that was just in a crappy situation. If the kid is transferring multiple times.... it may say more about the kid than the situation. Hoping that they can find the depth they need, I’m sure there are others still in the portal that fit the latter description. Hope they can find them!

Well Duncan doesn’t have his picture up on the roster. One of the few. Maybe he hates pictures.
