At least students can look forward to the Howl
especially the ones who have costumes that go best with masks! Since this year, they will not only be permitting masks but requiring them!

Social distancing might be tough though.

Yeah, I actually intended it as a joke! Especially cause the masks that are part of halloween costumes, and that students are forced to not wear, don't serve the purpose as the masks we are asked/forced to wear.

maybe they should plan and advertise for a statewide BLM protest/riot on the USU campus on Halloween night...costumes encouraged but not required

We should've just called this whole football season a protest and we would've been fine.

Ahbye, just a question unrelated to the howl, has your chief also prohibited you guys from leaving the state? I heard the highway patrolmen are not allowed to leave the state right now, is every department in Utah the same way or just the highway patrol?

It depends on where we go. Surrounding states are fine. We just have to notify the university and quarantine if we're asked to.GameFAQSAggie wrote: ↑August 12th, 2020, 2:12 pmAhbye, just a question unrelated to the howl, has your chief also prohibited you guys from leaving the state?
