The Last Time We Went to Wake Forest

Post by Floppy Hat » August 29th, 2019, 4:26 pm

September 16, 2017

Four Things:
- This isn't fun to watch...after that opening series interception, followed by the quick TD pass by Wake...the team already looked defeated.
- Our only touchdown was Love's first ever TD pass...a 77 yard pass to Gerald Bright. Love was our leading passer on the day with 171 yards after Myers left the game due to injury concerns.
- Only 3 starters from that game in 2017 are projected to start tomorrow night...Justus Te'i, Jordan Nathan, and Cameron Haney. Aaron Dalton and Dom Eberle also played in the 2017 game.

Wow, we looked horrible. Gave up so many big plays on the TDs where we had nobody anywhere even close.

It will be like the 2017 bowl game vs NMSU and then their return game last year, night and day difference.

This is the only Aggie game I've ever left at half.

It was clear Co D Coordinators didn't work out so well in this one.

I watched this game at GeoAg's house with a few other Aggies. I was glad to have people to commiserate with.

Easily the worst Aggie game I’ve ever watched.

I mean it wasn't great or anything but I've seen far worse.

I was going off the depth chart from the Wake Forest game notes. What depth chart are you referring to?

I was pointing out that Justus Te'i, Jordan Nathan, and Cameron Haney are not returning starters on the depth chart you posted. It is ironic considering all three started against Wake Forest in 2017.
