2. Do the backups get to utilize a full playbook or will they be asked to hand off until the clock hits zeroes?

Utah State will win this game by at least 50 points and will have 620 yards offense. Tennessee Tech gave up over 500 yards of rushing last week to Kennesaw State. KSU is a decent FBS team, but 500+ rushing yards is an enormous number.
