broken layout

a lot of stuff seems broken this afternoon. Things are wrapping oddly and the width on this "Post a New Topic" dialog is screwy.

You may need to clear your cache. I uploaded a few new files today and if your computer is loading the new HTML with the old CSS then you will probably see some weird things.
