Timezone issues

For some reason the time zones appear to be off by one hour. I am having to use the Atlantic Standard Time to equate to the Eastern Standard Time timezone...

You also need to check the Daylight Savings Time box.

You shouldn't need to change it back.

I have switched the timezone system with a city based one that will automatically adjust for DST. You may have to set your timezone again but you won't ever have to turn DST on and off again.
