Clicking links/new tab

Previously when I would click a link somebody posts it would open that webpage in a new tab. Now clicking a link opens it in the current tab so that USUFans is no longer open separately. It's a minor thing that I can easily work around. Just thought I would mention it in case it's an easy fix.
