I just hope to see 30 minutes of Bairstow, Merrill sitting & resting his injuries, and the ball being dumped down to Queta almost every time on offense. Playing through him will help open things up. Queta is the difference maker on this team and he needs to get his basketball legs back and be ready for the MWC tournament.

Our struggles have been on the road, or at home. SDSU we still played close and we able to feed off the crowd. If SJSU can win at home , we can win at home.

73-69. Home cooking breaks the slump

Nevada has played 4 true road games. They beat AF and lost to SJSU on Wednesday.

The other 2 losses were to teams fairly comparable to USU.

Davidson beat Nevada by 20 points and BYU defeated the Pack by 23 points.

I assume, despite your recent scuffles, USU will be around a 9 point favorite.

Only 3 Pack players have ever played in Logan so the rest have no idea what to expect. I don't know if Alford has ever had a game in Logan but Noodles has. That may help a bit.

You never know with conference games but if USU doesn't win this game pretty handily, your troubles may run much deeper than some of you suspect.

This game will either make or break the rest of our season. In my opinion after a three game skid we need this team to finally show up and put their egos aside and play like a championship squad.

Looking at the early success we had at the beginning of the season, it was due to Alphonso Anderson and his production off the bench. If he has the production he did at the beginning of the year this Aggie squad rebounds in a big way with a big win over the Wolfpack.
