Below the message window you'll see two tabs, one is "Options" and the other is "Upload Attachment". Go the "Upload Attachment" and click "Browse" for your file. Once you have added/uploaded the file you will be able to place the cursor where you would like the image to appear in the message box and click the "place in line" button that will appear below the message box.
