I love in Tapatalk how I can change a configuration setting to make each thread open up to the first unread post when I open it. Is there any way this can be implemented on this board? It's freaking awesome.

This is actually already available. When a thread has unread posts, you'll notice a small orange icon to the left of the Thread title. This link automatically jumps to the first unread post. It probably wouldn't be too difficult to make it so that clicking the link does it too but this does work.

I would die without that little orange box....I click em all day long!

Maybe we need a thread of message board tips that people don't know about. My favorite is that you can click on a header (such as Sports) to see an aggregate list of all subforums.

In my defense, I hadn't joined the forum yet when that was posted.

In my defense, I have a poor memory and rarely pay attention anyway.

Now that I know about the Sports quicklink:

When you are in a thread at the top of the page it will show your forum tree like:

Board index ‹- Sports ‹- Gary's Gridiron (Aggie Football)

But, at the bottom it just says: <- Return to Gary's Gridiron. Could we have it so that is similar to the top? That way I can read the latest message and then quickly go back to the Sports aggregate list.

If not, just tell me to stop being lazy and just scroll up. Thanks for all you guys do! The site is amazing!

Well, you do realize you have a pull down menu on the right hand side at the bottom that allows you to jump back to anywhere, including your aggregate 'Sports' list.

Sweet! Guess I should have explored more, never even opened up that before.
