I don't know if this is an option with this software, but one thing I like about MWCBoard.com is that it limits how many nested quotes you can have. If this is a possibility, great. If not, I'll deal with it and just continue to manually remove extra quotes myself.

We used to have a limit of 3 and it was removed because of several complaints from lots of people.
