I brought this up when a couple people were wanting to pin Aggies in the NFL news. So, it looks like people have actually started using the #NFLAggies tag. Now that I see it, though, it does look a little awkward. I was just wondering if there would be a way to formalize in the forum. For instance, in the composition screen you could add a drop-down menu with a few preselected tags such as ProAggies (covers NFL, CFL, NBA, and overseas basketball), Recruiting, and whatever else people can come up with. I don't know if this is possible or whether it would work in this community and be of benefit, but I just wanted to throw the idea out there.

This would be a major development project.

Not worth the trouble IMO. The only way I would think about doing this (I think people would very seldom actually make use of it) is if PHPBB had a plugin to allow tags.

The site's great. Don't spend the time developing this...spend it with your kids. We all appreciate all you do to make this the best fan site on the web as it is.

You guys just need to look at the board more often. Then you won't miss a thing.

I still have a few more childless months to spend all of my time on this board. :)

I withdraw my suggestion. Like I said, I wasn't sure if it would be worth it. Sounds like it isn't.
