Men's Basketball Calendar

Post by Zaggie07 » August 27th, 2019, 4:34 pm

I just added the ics calendar feeds and noticed that Dec 1 for MBB shows Utah State vs. Akron (TV: Altitude) from 3-6 pm and also three entries for Utah State @ TBA from 7-10 pm.

I don't think any of these are correct. Wanted to let you know.

Thanks for pointing this out. The DB entries have been removed and the next time your calendar syncs with the feed they should be gone.

The home basketball game vs. SJSU is listed on the ics feed at Tuesday 2/18. However, the official schedule shows it on Wednesday 2/19.

It's been corrected but sometimes Calendar apps don't update immediately. I know Google Calendar uses an algorithm to try and determine how frequently an ICS feed changes and then adjusts the refresh frequency based on that. The ICS feed's typically only change after a game takes place (to have the results) so it can take a couple of days for the games to move. The game was originally scheduled for the 18th but moved to the 19th either for KMYU or because one/both of the teams preferred playing Wednesday.
