Not USUFans Related - but I need tech help....

I cannot get ESPN3 games to load. My ISP provides the programming, and I never had a problem watching a game on ESPN3 until this year. I can get into the viewer, and have to 'login', but the the video will never load. The disk just spins and spins, and video never loads. I spent nearly the entire first-half of the either the UNM of AFA game trying to get my ISP to troubleshoot, and still couldn't get it going. Then next ESPN3 game we had I tried again, and the CSagent eventually said it's either on my end or ESPN's. Since I could view the game through 'chat', I can't believe it's ESPN's. Does anyone have any ideas?

thanks!

Have you tried other browsers or other services on the same internet connection?

Browsers - Firefox, IE, Chrome

other services :noidea: - just whatever the service was that the video feed was on through 'chat' for those 2 ESPN3 games. I wouldn't even know other services to try? :noidea: YouTube works... :noidea:

Sorry. Autocorrect got me. I meant devices. Have you tried on a phone? Tablet? Other computer? I can't say that I've ever seen this problem but ESPN did change their video streaming technology in the past year.

Have you tried turning it off and turning it back on again?

Make sure you wait ten seconds before turning it back on.

You may want to try contacting them here: http://espn.go.com/watchespn/feedback
Maybe they've seen this before. Maybe a firewall is blocking it or something?
