Internal Server Error

I've been getting the attached error repeatedly since after about noon.
Running Win7 and have seen it in both Firefox and IE

Sorry about that, our host is putting restrictions on us because they claim that we are putting a strain on their servers.....we're working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If they think the traffic was high today wait until tomorrow. I'm sure we'll DDOS ourselves.

I just got the same thing 2 minutes ago, it happened twice and then on the third try I got in. I was on Win 7/Chrome.
