Can't send PM's

Hey, I am receiving, but not sending PM's for some reason. I'll compose one, and then when I click send it just sits in my outbox. Am I doing something wrong?

Just kidding. I've noticed it sits there sometimes but then I get a reply anyway. Are they not receiving them either?

If it's in the outbox then that means the other party hasn't read it. As soon as they read it then it moves to sent. Some people don't check their messages very well.
