Knew DJ a little bit during my time at USU. Hardworking, humble, dang good guy - very happy he's getting this role. Has he been working as a GA?

Sure wish KJZZ would’ve sprung for Scotty G instead of using this Stadium crew. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Or Al Lewis who is better than Scotty G and truly lived and breathed Aggie sports all day everyday instead of having a SLC radio show where 95% is dedicated to utah and byu. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lfIOxVVaaZQ Jordan Love is the best throwing QB we've ever had, but Chuckie is the most electric player to ever don Aggie blue when he was healthy. But imagine for a minute watching the catastrophic meltdown the other two instate fan bases would have.) Insiders do w...

Mostly agree with the OP, although I think we beat CSU - they are abysmal. We are ever so slightly better than abysmal. 2-6 with not much hope for next year.

Re: On the sports last night psycho looking
Nobody was more opposed to playing college football this fall than Gary. And it had nothing to do with COVID. Was it because our team is terrible? Hopefully we can close out the year beating on 4 of the dregs of the conference because I don't think we can hang with the first half of the schedule. I...

Does anyone read (or trust) the Trib? The newspaper which overtly and consistently uses misleading/inflammatory headlines for clicks? Of course, San Jose State is just a farm team for larger schools. So if John is any good next year, the following year you'll see him at Arizona or Kansas State or something. Does anyone know of any good websites for USU/Cache Valley pictures that can be printed on canvas or framed? I checked Locker 42 and the USU Campus Store websites, but both are quite limited in what shows up online. I'm hoping to add a picture or two to my home and/or office.

I can't take anyone who believes the U or Weber has a significantly better venue than USU seriously. Are the purple/red seats more comfortable? Sure. They may have marginally better traffic flow, but let's get real - you're at a sports venue with 10k other people...sometimes you have to be patient. ...

Dislike both ideas. As others have said, raising the roof on the Spectrum takes away from the current atmosphere which is so intimidating. That building has enough problems that I'm not sure a renovation can fix. Building on 1400 North is too far from where most students live. One of the hidden beau...

Honest question for the blue mint lovers. I do not particularly mint ice cream. Do you you typically love mint ice cream? Or just love it because it is Aggie blue? I hate mint ice cream and most things with mint flavoring. Aggie Blue Mint is one of my rare exceptions...the mint flavor in Aggie Blue...

BYU deserves to be in whatever creek they find themselves in. They have screwed over many over the years, now they are finding that Karma is a bit*h! While I don't disagree with the sentiment, I don't think Mountain West schools realistically have the option to leave byu out in the cold like we'd a...

Man, Darwin Thompson is such a special player. His ability to keep his balance and his feet moving when he gets hit is incredible. I'm selfishly sad we only had him in Logan for a year, but it was an electric one. Really hope he gets more touches with the Chiefs this year.

It doesn't seem like this coaching staff utiluzes redshirts as much as we're used to seeing at USU historically. I know McChesney did last year...has anyone else the last 2 years who wasn't required to? That isn't a bad thing in my mind - with the number of D-1 transfers each year it makes sense to ...

Best: USU - the atmosphere the students bring makes up for any and all flaws. Worst: BYU - that place feels like a conference center converted into a basketball arena. I can see why their fans prefer playing in WCC high school gyms. Idaho State - there was a year USU played at ISU inside of Holt Are...

Best: USU - home sweet home, views in all directions are amazing, not a bad seat in the place. Worst: Boise - worst sightlines of any stadium I've ever been to at any playing level (basketball or football) and it's ugly in every way imaginable. Thanks for the clarification. I agree with USU0505, I'd rather see Boise than Nevada in a potential semifinal game. We need Boise to beat UNLV tonight and SDSU to hold serve against Nevada for Boise to grab the 3 seed.

I hate seeing them ranked so high too. My guess it it comes down to strength of schedule, overall they're at 33 but their out of conference is 10th. To compare that with ours, we're at 100 and 110 respectively. They did lose to St Mary's but they also beat them and they've stacked up a lot of Q2 wi...

Also, I partially credit Alphonso for the awesome run at the end. He played lockdown D and created good looks on offense. I think we are dangerously good when Alphonso is clicking. Re: NCAA should change to 6 fouls
The real problem with changing fouls from 5 to 6 is teaching college refs to count that high. Based on the quality of reffing I've seen this year, that's going to be a real challenge.
