Dedan is a mommas boy who didn’t want to leave Vegas to play. My guess is his agent told him to feign transfer interest to maximize the money he gets but ultimately I’m sure UNLV is giving him far less than what other schools would offer My guess is he only leaves if he goes to the NBA after next se...

Re: NIL and foreign players

At the very least I don’t think a school can absolutely guarantee Great that he will be able to receive what they’re offering. I’m sure USU will promise him X amount and do their absolute best to make sure money makes it to him if eligible but ultimately the uncertainty might be what keeps him at USU

So we have 2 of 4 possible starters back and still have a chance on getting Great back and the best 6th man in the MWC back is Josh. Still, Mason, Fish, and Templin is a good start. What players in the portal are we confident are coming to USU? You really think Great stays? I can’t imagine we can c...

To be honest, there were several times this season when I was watching the Aggies play and kept thinking Templin, Johnson and Mason would be great young core group to build a new team. Uduje would be looked on as the leader if he stayed, but I really like this group With this core now in place, I t...

This is why I have high hopes for Burns if he comes. 6’7 wing/forward who can rebound with the best in the country and can shoot from outside, apparently a solid ball handler too. Not sure how good his defense is but the rest of it feels like exactly the type of player we are usually missing but had...

I would still want him back but he pretty clearly wasn’t a great shooter. He also wasn’t healthy so I’d give him a pass for last seasons shooting woes at least

Rytis would fit really well with this group While I agree he would fit in. I hope that we use our remaining spots to get some athletes. FWIW, On3 has Reynolds as 100% headed to Ole Miss
That just means 1 person predicted that’s where he would go

100% is the % of predictions, not that he’s definitely going there.

I’d prefer Calhoun’s 7’3” freshman and Burns over keeping Grant and Burris. Por que no los dos? We likely will have room for all of them and then some. It’s good for continuity and chemistry, and you’re going to need a couple guys at the end of the bench anyway besides redshirts, plus they’re both ...

I’ve seen enough of Jackson Grant to know I don’t want a scholarship used on him. Saw lots more potential out of Burris. Regarding Wynott, I don’t really get why he wouldn’t still have us at or near the top of his list. Maybe Sprinkle offers him a spot at Washington, but a lot of the reasons he committed here in the first place would still be viable/top of mind you would think.
