For recruiting purposes I was hoping one of the assistants had experience with the West. Makes me a bit nervous having an all East staff.
Dixon spent a year at Wyoming. It's only a year, but he has at least some familiarity with the conference.

Re: Worster is a Ute

I guess I'm in the minority. People are clamoring for Odom to bring UMBC guys here, but Smith is a douche for bringing Rollie with him. The only difference is Utah is living rent free in people's heads. I have my doubts that UMBC fans would be as magnanimous as they've been if Odom had gone to a hi...

Hopefully Bojan is back on track.

I tend to think when the defense struggles, it's due to effort. A regular wake-up call is fine with me as long as we keep the 1 seed.

Bummer. That said, if I'm being completely honest, if I had graduated from school and was looking to do a master's, I'd seriously consider another school just to have degrees from 2 schools on my resume instead of one.

Good luck to Marco.

I'm remembering why I took like a 5 year break from the board.

It's not the people complaining...that's extremely normal for a message board. It's the complaining about people complaining that drives me crazy.

Anyway... carry on.

Re: UMBC transfer portal list

It's too bad, but maybe they need to strictly play Bairstow as a 3 and D spot up shooter. Stick him in the corner and let him shoot. If he can't learn to handle well enough to drive, it'll be tough for him to get much more of a role than that.
