Re: Now that the P5 have all announced, what about USU and the MWC?

I was laying awake in bed last night thinking about football, cuz that's what ya do, right? Anyway, I was working through the conference thinking about who is the highest risk for not playing. My thoughts below, ranked most likely to not play/or have biggest challenges: Hawaii - this one is a comple...

Re: Potential New Transfer

This explains why he cut our interview off halfway through. Perhaps he was denied by admissions? Does this mean we can start saying, "he wanted to go here, but couldn't cut it academically" like the provo tools do? Best of luck to Mr. Vickers. We have no need for wishy washy around here.

I normally don't venture over to cougarboard, but I saw the Big 12 announcement of 9+1 games and knew that the cougar faithful were really hoping to fill their schedule with some P5 competition from that conference. Anyway, full melt down over there, everyone is out to get them, etc. I think the bes...

In some circles where it is spoken of in hushed tones; Size Matters. But it is not true in every case. If this kid has game he is tall enough. Speaking of short basketball players, Jazz Johnson, who is probably around 5'8 or 9 just signed a very nice contract for a team in the top league in Italy. ...

I am a huge Bears fan and as much as I would like to agree with Payton or even Sayers, I would have to say Jim Brown or Jim Thorpe. Hard to go wrong with any of them for sure. I'm my mind I think Brown may have been the better RB, but Payton was a more complete receiver, excellent blocker, could th...

I don't mind the colors, ties in well with the other pro sports teams in town. Like the "S" and the "Kraken". I think the Kraken as a mascot is cool for a coastal city. The anchor on the shoulder though, makes it look like a little kids sailor outfit from way back when.
