Re: Duryea Needs to Go!!

If you thought this team was ready to win @SDSU, I don't know what to tell you. It is much bigger than San Diego State. We are 8-9 and not a good basketball team. We also couldn't beat bad Air Force and Wyoming teams. This is also not the SDSU teams of previous years. They aren't even an NIT team a...

Next week when we win all will be good until we lose again. Peace out for a while. Well we have played 17 games and we have a losing season despite not exactly playing murderers row. Last year we had a losing conference season, and this year we most likely will again. We are in our 6th straight sea...

If USU basketball continues like it's going, no one should expect McEwen or Henson to hang around. If Wilson goes then McEwen will go. Wilson had success at Adams St. I'd like to see him get a chance. Duryea will get at least next year, but if he does not turn things around we need to go out of hou...

I don't know that many that wanted Stew fired. Many did want him to shake up his staff. Instead Stew retired and a guy on his staff many wanted fired was made Head Coach. I doubt very many wanted that.

He won't be in the NBA, but yes there is a reason people were upset when he left. Nobody would shed a tear if Ngor pulled the same move. Collette would have elevated this team from 7-9th place to a team that could contend for the MW title this year.

New Mexico likely will have a coaching change after this year. Their program has too much potential to be where they have been for now the 3rd year in a row. UNLV just fired a coach who did not get it done and put their program in a bad position. SDSU is having a down year, but hard for me to believ...

Great news for USU and other G5 programs. Elite level players go to this league and fewer go to Alabama, Florida, USC, Texas and others. Hard to pick. Alabama has an amazing D, but Clemson has the best offensive player in the country, plus a D that just embarrassed Urban Meyer to the point where he had to fire a coordinator for the first time in his career.

Hope I am wrong. I picked the Aggies to win the last 2, but the road will be much more of a challenge. It will be a great test as well as a great barometer to see where the team is. No team in the league other than possibly Nevada is head and shoulders above us.
