Re: The BYU game...

Bummer. I was hoping we'd get Mangum. I think our defense would rattle him pretty good in Logan. The guy who threw for 284 yards on 30 attempts and 4 TD's against us in a route last time? I'll take our chances with a backup. With Robert Anae's spread offense, a cadre of 6ft+ receivers, and a confid...

Re: Myers vs Mangum

Myers needs to run more. He was about as effective with his legs against Wisky as Mangum was against LSU. I'd almost same Mangum was better because he has better pocket awareness. If Kent runs well he is a good QB. If he doesn't run effectively... It almost felt like he was told not to run against ...

I think he stays in Utah. I think the Boston rumors are mostly a lazy narrative because his college coach is there. It has been several years since he played for Stevens. I spent the day today with the head athletic trainer and he said that our PT facilities are the best in the MW with Boise second best. My apologies if I missed a discussion on this anywhere but are there any commits that graduated early and will join the team for spring practice like Jordan Love did last year?

no not hill, he already tried to bail on weber state and go back to the utes. seems to look out for himself only When you say "tried to bail on Weber State," you mean he was offered more money to go back as an assistant to the Utes than he was making as HC at Weber but he said "no thanks, I'm good"...

Scoreboard showed 3rd and 36 after Meyers' first down run. Still no excuse for coaches and players to not know what's going on and be prepared for every scenario.

I agree. Others here can explain in better detail why we quit on GUS, but bringing back that as a tradition has been the topic of discussion in the past. I'm sure they don't want to reexplain it. I understand why I guess. I still think it would be a cool tradition I can explain it very quickly. For...

Bring Back Gus! And while we're at it, I think we need a black lab to retrieve our kick-off tees like Boise does as well. I've been trying to convince my FIL to train his black lab to do this but someone else might need to step in here. Or, we could combine the two and train Gus to retrieve the tees...

Considering Garretson's stats are worse this season than Myers, I'd say we would be about the same if not worse because at least Myers can run for his life and make a few plays. AK was never a good QB and in fact was benched for a WR against Sant Jose until said wide receiver fumbled three or four ...

I took a VERY rough estimate of tickets available through the online ticketing system for the game this week and came up with 1500-ish as of right now. With 3 more days and walk-ups that means a likely sell-out or as close as you can get anyway. Any idea of how accurate the online ticketing system r...
