I don't think it's the complete issue, but I can't imagine that shooting is unaffected by playing in pain, which many of our players are right now. We need to somehow get healthy.

I would rather see the conference strike a scheduling deal with another conference. Each team getting a home and away game out of it. The MW does jack crap in helping teams schedule games.

I don't disagree. I don't have the ratings for our games vs theirs. I'd just be surprised if the Mountain West was a bigger draw. As far as late games giving us a bonus, this goes against the idea of ratings based value. Half the country is long since asleep when we start our 8:30 games.

No doubt we'll still have 8:00 time slots. Fox also has TV deals with the Big10, Big12, and PAC12. That's too many games to have them all in the afternoon. If we wanted to get rid of our 8:00 start times, we needed to find a less crowded network. We didn't.
