Re: BYU replay

My favorite part of the game was when Rocquemore strip sacked Mangum. The overall game felt like perfect revenge for the 2015 debacle in Logan. Their overhyped QB had his career ended in embarrassing fashion to an in-state rival. As much as we love Chuckie, he just couldn’t get it done anymore in 20...

Serious question: how many Kaufusis are there? Do any of them go anywhere but BYU?

Re: An overlooked turning point

Interesting take. SJSU is awful, but that was a complete De-pantsing on the road, nonetheless. That Spartan team somehow looked worse than the time we hung 70 on Weber State. We then followed it up with a dominant rivalry win. So 2017 was helping us get set for 2018. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Is it? He rushed over 1,000 yards while splitting carries and sitting out several 4th quarters. I say he’ll probably make it in the NFL.

Are we pulling a BYU move? Good or bad?

Cougs hired Kalani because it was looking to the past and hoping for success because of legacy. Mixed results at best for them so far.

Are we doing the same thing with Gary Andersen? I have very mixed feelings about this hire.

I think a shootout would favor us, actually. Our options at RB and TE are better than Boise’s.

San Jose has not been remotely competitive with us since 2012. This game will be a piece of cake with nearly all our offensive weapons available.

Spartans may score 20 or so points, but it won’t be nearly enough to win.

If Wells leaves, it would probably be for a program like Oklahoma State. I think he stays here at least one more season.

I was able to get many players autographs on my Aggie football after the game and I was especially impressed by Savon Scarver. Re: Nervous For Wyoming?

Their D is fast, but if their offense continues to struggle, and I think it will vs USU, they’ll get tired eventually. I think this game will be close for three quarters, but I think USU covers the spread and wins in the fourth quarter.

Players coming back from injury/absence

Anyone know who we’re getting back for Friday? Tamaivena and Meitzenheimer are back at LB with Te’i, right? Any players on offense? I know Cougs are missing starting TE and possibly Zayne Anderson at OLB and Ghanwoloku at Safety. Squally Canada is doubtful, I’ve heard. Mangum’s throwing hand is ding...

If it does rain, I bet fewer Y fans will be in attendance. I really have no idea what to expect on Friday. This game is one big question mark.

Another key player I learned will be missing for them: TE Moroni Laula-Pututau. If we can stop the run, we’ll make them one-dimensional.

Will we face good BYU or bad BYU?

They seem to be so inconsistent. I’m genuinely nervous for Friday. With that being said, not only is BYU beat up, their fans are terrified of this game. Most of them won’t admit it, but somebody is probably gonna get fired if they lose to USU on Friday. They are missing Canada, Anderson, and Ghanwol...

Aggies FORCED most of those turnovers. Our D was opportunistic. We played smarter football and took better care of the ball. Therefore, we rightfully earned the win. Don’t ever let the Zoobs who would say otherwise forget it!

Re: NAR- YBU takes down Wisconisn

I did not watch the game because I'm much more interested in what the schools in OUR CONFERENCE DO. YBU has about three times the resources we do, so it is very hard to compete. If we can win the MWC conference that means we play a Pac-12 school in Vegas that is the most important thing to me, if w...

NAR- YBU takes down Wisconisn

Too bad we don't get to see Michigan St. go against that Wiscy team because it would be a whoopin! Only BYU could be lucky enough to win a game where their QB completes 12 passes for 89 total yards and somehow gain a win against the supposed #6 team in the country. So much of the whole thing stinks...
